1. Does the metal change color?

  • No, it doesn't change color. It's just as it looks in the photo. 

2. What material are the droplets?

  • It is K9 crystal, perfect for catching the sunshine. 

3. I have not received my order, tracking or shipping confirmation emails?

Please check your junkmail folder.

SMS and Email confirmations are sent at every step of the way. Specifically;

  • When you make the initial purchase
  • When your order has been processed with a tracking number.
  • When your order is about to be delivered
  • When your order has been delivered.

Please note tracking numbers are sent after 1-5 business days. Business days are weekdays not weekends or public holidays.

4. Has my delivery been delayed?

  • If it has been longer than the estimated processing and shipping times, first check to see if you have calculated the time since you order in business.If you are including weekends or public holidays, please recalculate. Occasionally there are delays so please be patient. If it has been more than three business days since the expected date of delivery, please contact us.

5. Where do you ship from?

  • We ship from our partnered warehouses & workshops located in the US & China.

6. Are your designs handmade?

  • Yes, all our rainbow-maker are handmade with love, and we use the highest quality in our designs.

7. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

  • It will usually take 5-16 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from design-to-design; based on demand and shipping location.

8. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

  • It will usually take between 1-5 business days.

9. Where can I place an order from?

  • You can place an order from the United States but soon we will ship world wide.

  • YES!

11.Where is your company located?

  •  Our main office is in the USA. We have supply warehouses in the USA and China.

12. What currency will I be charged in?

  • While the price on our website should be displaced in your local currency, we process all orders in USD.

13. Is COVID-19 affecting delivery times?

  • There have been some delays due to COVID-19 shutdowns. 

    • In some countries like the UK, Royal Mail delivery service has experienced periodic shutdowns leading to delays. 
    • In the USA, there have also been some delays however these have been minimal thus we have kept estimated delivery times to 6-10 business days.
    • Europe has experienced custom delays when receiving inbound orders from the USA. We are working with postal services to avoid such delay, thus delivery times remain a estimated 4-15 business days
